General Conditions & Termination

AYITA and PAMOLA are AI-powered solutions designed to provide privacy-focused enterprise AI assistance and secure synthetic data generation. The online systems made available on this website are strictly for demonstration purposes only and should not be considered production-ready environments.

Users must not attempt to use the services for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to testing network vulnerabilities, attempting unauthorized data access, or circumventing security protocols.

No personal or sensitive user data is collected, stored, or shared while using these demonstration environments. Any data entered during a session is temporary and will not be saved after the session ends. Users are advised not to input confidential, proprietary, or personally identifiable information.

Realm reserves the right to modify, restrict, or terminate access to these demonstration services at any time without notice, especially in cases of misuse, security concerns, or policy violations. Continued use of AYITA and PAMOLA signifies agreement with these terms.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All components of AYITA and PAMOLA, including their design, code, AI models, interfaces, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Realm Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission from Realm Inc. Access to the demonstration systems does not grant users any rights to the software, algorithms, or methodologies behind the services.

Users must ensure that any content uploaded or entered into the system for demonstration purposes does not infringe upon the rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary materials. Realm Inc. does not claim ownership over any user-uploaded content, but it reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary components from the AI models, APIs, or supporting technologies is strictly prohibited. Violations of these terms may result in the immediate termination of access to AYITA and PAMOLA.

Products & Services

The Terms & Conditions apply to our AI products, AYITA and PAMOLA. By using these services, users agree to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure responsible and ethical usage.

1. General Rules for Using Web Services

AYITA and PAMOLA are provided as web-based AI services for demonstration and research purposes only. Users must not exploit, abuse, or attempt to manipulate the services in ways that violate these terms, cause security risks, or interfere with other users.

2. Prohibited Data Uploads & Attacks

Users must not upload, process, or analyze any data that could result in confidentiality breaches, personal data leaks, or unauthorized disclosures of third-party information. Even in demonstration mode, PAMOLA must not be used with real, sensitive, or personally identifiable information (PII) belonging to third parties.

Users must not attempt to attack, de-anonymize, or infer hidden patterns in datasets using PAMOLA that could lead to privacy violations. Any misuse of AI-generated synthetic data for malicious purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. Responsible AI Interactions with AYITA

Users agree that AYITA must not be used for offensive, unethical, or inappropriate conversations. The following types of interactions are strictly prohibited:

  • NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content, including sexually explicit, violent, or exploitative material.
  • Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or any language intended to harm, defame, or degrade individuals or groups.
  • Discussions that promote misinformation, illegal activities, or unethical AI usage.

4. Compliance with Canadian AI Regulations

Users must not engage with AYITA or PAMOLA in any way that violates the Artificial Intelligence & Data Act (AIDA) of Canada, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), or any other applicable privacy and AI ethics laws. Misuse of AI models in ways that compromise user privacy, enable unfair decision-making, or pose risks to individuals and organizations is strictly forbidden.

Realm reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to these services in cases of policy violations, suspected abuse, or breaches of ethical AI principles.

Payment & Subscription Information

Access to AYITA and PAMOLA for demonstration and evaluation purposes is completely free, and no payment is required unless an official business account has been created through a verified agreement.

1. Free Access & Trial Use

Users can explore the AI-driven capabilities of AYITA and PAMOLA through publicly available online demos. These demo environments are strictly for testing and research purposes, with no financial commitment required. Realm does not request or store any payment details for users accessing the free demo versions.

2. Subscription-Based Services

For enterprise use, custom integrations, or enhanced AI capabilities, Realm offers subscription-based plans. These services are available only to registered business accounts that have undergone verification and signed an official agreement.

Subscription details, including pricing, billing cycles, and service tiers, will be explicitly outlined in individual agreements between Realm and the subscribing entity.

3. No Unauthorized Charges

Users will never be charged without their explicit consent. Any paid subscription must be formally approved and confirmed through an official agreement, and users will receive clear billing documentation before any transaction is processed.

4. Cancellation & Termination

Users with paid subscriptions have the right to cancel their plan at any time according to the terms specified in their agreement. Realm reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of payment fraud, policy violations, or misuse of AI services.

5. Compliance with Secure Payment Standards

All payments for enterprise plans, when applicable, will be processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. Realm does not directly process or store payment information—this is handled by verified third-party payment providers.

Limitation of Liability

The limitation of liability clause helps protect our business against claims and lawsuits. Realm AI services, including AYITA and PAMOLA, are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with every user’s requirements.

1. No Guarantees on Performance or Availability

While we strive to ensure that AYITA and PAMOLA function efficiently, we do not warrant that the services will always be error-free, secure, or operate without delays or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or unforeseen events may result in temporary unavailability.

2. No Responsibility for User-Provided Data

Realm Inc. is not responsible for any content that users input, upload, or process while interacting with AYITA or PAMOLA. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they provide complies with all applicable laws and policies.

3. No Liability for Indirect Damages

Realm Inc., its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data breaches, business interruptions, or reputational harm arising from the use of AYITA or PAMOLA.

4. User Responsibility for Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to AI governance laws, privacy regulations (PIPEDA, GDPR), and ethical AI practices. Realm Inc. assumes no liability for any misuse of the platform.

5. Exclusion of Certain Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realm Inc. disclaims any liability for damages resulting from:

  • Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and user data.
  • Third-party interference, including cyberattacks and malicious exploitation.
  • Service interruptions, failures, or security vulnerabilities beyond our control.
  • Decisions or actions taken by users based on AI-generated content.

6. Maximum Liability Cap

In any case, Realm Inc.’s total liability for any claims related to the use of AYITA or PAMOLA shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for services in the preceding 12 months, if applicable. For free users and demo environments, no financial liability shall apply.

By using our services, users acknowledge and agree to these limitations of liability.

User-Generated Content

AYITA and PAMOLA allow users to input, process, and generate content as part of their AI-driven capabilities. While users retain ownership of the content they create or upload, Realm Inc. reserves the right to monitor and remove any material that violates ethical guidelines, including but not limited to offensive, illegal, misleading, or copyright-infringing content.

1. Encryption & Data Protection

All user-generated content, including AI-driven conversations, knowledge storage (LoraBook), and synthetic data for PAMOLA, is stored in an encrypted state. Even on dedicated servers, certain sensitive AI interactions remain inaccessible without user authentication, ensuring privacy and security.

2. Prohibited Content

Users must not upload, generate, or store any content that:

  • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or explicit NSFW material.
  • Promotes violence, illegal activities, or misinformation.
  • Attempts to manipulate AI outputs for harmful, unethical, or unlawful purposes.
  • Includes personal, confidential, or proprietary data belonging to third parties without consent.

3. Responsibility for Content

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the content they create, input, or store in AYITA or PAMOLA complies with all applicable laws, ethical AI guidelines, and security policies. Realm Inc. assumes no liability for any unauthorized, harmful, or illegal use of AI-generated outputs.

4. Data Storage & Access Restrictions

To enhance user privacy:

  • Data stored within LoraBook (AYITA) is encrypted and cannot be accessed without the user’s explicit authentication.
  • PAMOLA’s synthetic or anonymized datasets remain encrypted and are protected against unauthorized access.
  • Realm Inc. does not store raw conversational logs indefinitely—sessions are periodically purged unless explicitly saved by the user.

5. Moderation & Compliance

Realm Inc. reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove content that violates ethical AI standards, endangers individuals, or breaches compliance regulations such as the Artificial Intelligence & Data Act (AIDA) and PIPEDA.

By using AYITA and PAMOLA, users acknowledge that while their content is encrypted and private, they remain responsible for ethical and legal compliance in their AI interactions.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using AYITA and PAMOLA, users agree that any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto, Ontario.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith negotiations to resolve the matter before pursuing legal action. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be subject to arbitration or formal legal proceedings as per Ontario law.

Nothing in this clause limits the rights of Realm Inc. to seek injunctive relief or take other necessary actions in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or enforce its legal rights.
